A cup of tea in the morning, some almonds. I take fruits in lunch like watermelon, mango, grapes, etc followed by evening tea with a chapati (cooked for lunch) maybe some days. My dinner usually has 2 chapatis with stirred green vegetable, dal-baati, chapati with sesseme seed chutney. Since I crave for sweet so I take any fruit at last. I eat junk food like pizza, burger once in 4-5 months, maggi maybe once in 2 months, I don't like fried food much.. but I do take tea twice a day with light sugar in it. I skip working out only during my periods.

Ans: Breakfast is an important meal and it kick starts the digestive system
Not having breakfast and having just the fruits for lunch is not healthy. You can do this like intermittent fasting. To have your first meal around 12 pm but it should be a, proper meal and not fruits alone. Fruits release fructose which are also simple sugars and draws insulin response as sudden rush and this exhaust the systemwhile your body set in famine mode
Whatever one eat it gets in to the system and body sucks it as Spinge
So accumulation of fat from whatever you have
