Sir, I am in the ae of 57 and suffering from diabetics since last 3 years and now I am taking "DIAPRIDE M2 HV, 1 TAB twice a day and Extenter capsule 1 daily evening since last 7 months. My diabetic level is under control. Is there any problem for its prolonged continuation? 2nd, is there any vision problem for its long usage. I am eagerly waiting for your valuable answer.

Ans: I don't think there is any problem with continuing the medicines for long. I don't think the drugs affect vision, however long standing diabetes itself can affect the eyes. You should undergo an eye check up at least once a year

Hello, good morning, I am a Crdiac patient since 2007 and got diabetic in 2008, since i have been under medication and request you to advise these conditions are permanent or can I change medicines.

Ans: Hello PMB,
I have seen lot of people being able to reduce or even stop medication with cardiac issues and diabetes.
However this has to be done under proper medical supervision and therapies like yoga, sujok, acupressure, ayurveda, homeopathy and excellent nutrition care.

Ans: Hello. Apart from the medications, it is important to follow a low carb diet, get regular exercise and at least 6 hours of sleep daily. Also, if you have had a recent stress, sugar can go up. You must also see if there is any infection which may cause the sugars to go up also.

Sir I am diabetic for last 7 years. I am following Dixit diet for last 5 years with brisk walking for 50 minutes in the morning or if that is missed then 30 minutes cycling in the evening. My fasting sugar always between normal to 130 and pp normal to 150. My hba1c never goes above 7 always showing excellent control. I am on metsmall 500 morning and night after meal for last 4 years. My doc has not changed the dose by seeing the reports everytime and says you are having excellent control. 1.My final aim is to get rid of the medicine is that possible. 2.During last visit doc suggested dapavel 10/500 which he says removes accumulated sugar from liver directly but as my final aim is to medicine free he has decided to wait for six months. What is your opinion about this tab. Thanks and regards. Prasanna

Ans: It has several beneficial effects in patients with Diabetes. However because it causes an increased excretion of glucose in the urine , it may occasionally cause urinary tract infections

Ans: A meal plan serves as a roadmap for when, what, and how much food you should eat to meet your nutritional needs and maintain blood sugar levels within the desired range. A diabetic diet involves management of your daily food intake to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Increased consumption of nonstarchy veggies including broccoli, spinach, green beans, etc., fruits, legumes, pules, whole grains, etc. is an important component of a healthy diabetic diet. Cut back on refined carbohydrates and added sugars. Examples of these are white bread, rice, and pasta that have less than 2 grams of fiber per serving. Try to prioritize whole foods over heavily processed ones as much as you can.

Hello, I'm about to finish my third year in b.a. in economics, I want to earn money with a settled job for my parents. I'm confused rn, I want to prepare for SSC CGL, and earn good, but I fear of taking a gap after my graduation, since my college is very strict towards attendance and load is too much thus I don't want to go there again for my pg, idk if I should do private MBA or ma in economics or any other diploma in computer related or finance related course while simultaneously doing my preparation since I don't want to do nothing while sitting at home.(Btw I'm from Agra and it's getting hard for me to find good college where I can do my Master's in economics non-regular mode in reasonable fee)

Hi Sir, My Son is studying in 11th std with PCMCs and preparing both for NATA and CET. He was an average student in tenth scoring 55%, we are hoping for better performance in his 12th board. Currently we are staying in Bangalore. We need your suggestion in choosing between BArch or BE (Civil/Mech/Electrical). Which one will be better for him in difficulty level, fee structure, future job prospects and if he wants to Masters, whether he can continue in India or abroad. If abroad which countries or university are good for him for masters. Thank you

Ans: In B.Arch difficulty level is less but he must be good in drawing. A candidate who is bad in drawing can't be an Architect, even if he becomes he will fail in professional life. BE (Civil/Mech/Electrical) needs good knowledge of Maths and Physics. From his 10th score it seems to be he is an below average student. Fee structure is mostly same in both. For Masters we can think afterwards, no question of long term planning. In abroad always USA is the best for Engineering. Best of luck. Regards. Hi , I am planning to pursue a master's degree from Australia in 2025 Feb intake and got my education loan sanctioned from a bank too, but the university requires some interview process for confirming my admission and the interview is done now and it's been more than 1 month I didn't got any reply from the University of whether my admission is confirmed or not , because of the new law of student capping in Australia they are putting it on hold and now I have a offer letter from other university too but the thing is my sanction letter is already used for my first uni and I want to ask is there any way that I can use the same sanction letter for other university too or any other alternative for this that what should I do in this situation

I understand your concern but how will you know whether height is an issue for her until you go ahead and speak to her? If you are worried about confessing your feelings for her directly, it's best you take things slow. Anyways, people are more likely to take such confessions on a positive note if they know the person.

You can start with a Hi, followed by letting her know that you have seen her around quite a few times. You can ask her what she does, and other general questions. Don't do it all in a single day; try building rapport slowly. This way you won't be putting too much pressure on yourself or on her.
