Sir I am diabetic for last 7 years. I am following Dixit diet for last 5 years with brisk walking for 50 minutes in the morning or if that is missed then 30 minutes cycling in the evening. My fasting sugar always between normal to 130 and pp normal to 150. My hba1c never goes above 7 always showing excellent control. I am on metsmall 500 morning and night after meal for last 4 years. My doc has not changed the dose by seeing the reports everytime and says you are having excellent control. 1.My final aim is to get rid of the medicine is that possible. 2.During last visit doc suggested dapavel 10/500 which he says removes accumulated sugar from liver directly but as my final aim is to medicine free he has decided to wait for six months.
