I am 57, have CKD, with a pair of cysts on the left Kidney ( as per the last USG Report, Two Anechoic Round Cysts noted arising from Mid Pole of the Left Kidney growing exophytic, measuring 6.3 x 7.0 cms & 1.2 x 1.5 cms. ). T/R/O Bilateral renal parenchymal disease as per last USG Report on 29.7.2022. I lead a normal life, do exercises regularly, have a slight ache around the left side of the back, between the spine and the ribs ( had spondylitis in 2018 ) but other than that no other issues as such. I drink one to two pegs of Whiskey for 4 days a week. Non-Veg, have high pressure and cholesterol ( 185 ), for which I take medicines. Glucose Fasting level last checked in January, 2023 was - 106.50, while Creatinine was around 2.19, last checked was 2.06 in January, 2023. Please advise, if I should continue the same way. Thanks.

I had taken admission in Allen Amritsar, but now I am deciding to shift to Allenn Kota reason being almost 3 hours of travelling daily and in search of a better environment for serious study and I have 2 options now, either I can choose a batch that is already going on like which I was studying here. I would continue studying there or the second option I have is I can take a newly started batch there so that I will be I will be ahead of everyone in the batch and I will be able to cover some extra books since I've already completed, the allen modules and I'll ahead of batch.
