I am 40 year old have diabetes from 2017.weight is 53 Kg.My triglycerides is 750 and VLDL is also 114.Please guide.

Ans: It is unclear if blood sugar levels of 118 mg/dl are fasting or post prandial levels. If it is fasting, then it is indicative of diabetes. Also, please expand on ggpt,; whether it is Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) or Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase(SGPT). To control blood sugar levels, include a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your diet. Choose healthier carbs such as whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes and whole grains over refined grains. Avoid foods high in added sugars and refined carbohydrates, such as sugary drinks, baked goods, and white bread. These can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. Follow a regular exercise schedule and eat at regular intervals.

Did you have 12 hrs fast before giving the sample.
If the dinner was high fatty meal then if there is no 12 hrs fast then this could be one possibility. Please consult a Nutritionist
May be you have fatty liver and liver issues

Requesting you not to panic at this early stage. Let her appear for JEE session 2 and the state-level engineering entrance test. Let all the results out. You have ample time to think about the available options for engineering admission. At this stage, no need to think about management quota unless and until you want a particular branch in a particular college. Depending on her score in upcoming exams, she may get admission to reputed engineering either in Pune or Bengaluru
