Hi I have completed my BTech cse from tier3 college but I had no interest in coding at all and now I am confused what to do next . Like should I start preparing for govt job or start preparing for gate and then do masters or should I go for mba and simultaneously prepare for govt job ? I'm stuck at these as I am afraid if I don't clear gate or govt exam then ? And also gap of 1 year

Capital gain if any on agreement to sale without possession

Ans: If only an Agreement to Sale is executed and possession has not been handed over, capital gains generally do not arise at that stage.

Capital gains are normally triggered only when a transfer takes place. If possession and ownership rights remain with the seller, merely signing the agreement is usually not treated as a taxable transfer.

However, the exact taxability depends on the terms of the agreement and the facts of the transaction.
