Is nit Trichy metallurgy good or nit Calicut production better

Ans: I can see that you are in a dilemna that many young students face when having to make career choices. While the NITs are equally prestigious you have a pick between Metallury and Production. My suggestion is to study the sysllabus for the two subjects, understand how well the two fit into your career aspiration and make a choice. Both disciplines are here to stay as the world looks for new matals, materials with usage in scores of industries and same is true of the Production field. On how to pick the branch, course and institute I encourage you to read my article in the Rediff at https://bit.ly/4cZ1pA7. All the best!
