Sir Myself nilesh from solapur current i am doing job in pvt sector company my age is 36 i can't effort my family expenses because i get only 15000 per month is their any side business for me my job time is 9 to 6

I don't know what's your current job and your skill sets to give you an accurate suggestion.

However... What I understand that you are in currently in Solapur and there are plenty of opportunities

Now you are available 6 onwards so you could try looking at delivery personnel jobs, there's a lot of demand in the logistic business
Alternatively a job in a restaurant!?

Hello Sir, My retirement is due in next 4 years but I need money to support my wife treatment and 3 children study.My daughter is in 4th years of BHMS and son is in last year of MBA-Finance and my 3rd child is in 9th class.I am working in PVt Company and doing job as Manager in IT.I am not ease to support my family with existing Salary and I have no other source of income either.I have much interest in English.How can I supplement my income ? Could I do something at home as part time job ? or Could I do any start-up ? Kindly advise. Thanks.

Ans: It looks like you are going through a difficult time. I am sure you have the courage and strength to get through this.
This issue has multiple strands with inadequate information. People who have a second income usually do such things based on their areas of expertise/experience plus their network. Pl do some research before you make any decision.
1) a weekend business/ activity
2) freelance gigs
e.g., tuition, teaching English to working professionals, consulting etc.
I would be cautious about start-ups as it could entail taking on more monetary commitments.

Hello Sir I am 55 years & doing a private job for the last 30 years as supervisor & was till recent managing various type of task including liaising, in field, meeting people solve the things for the company which my company had surrendered & left me to seat in office . I have certain work to do in office which I can't do efficiently for which my boss use to scold me & I feels very bad. I am not well financially settled . Please suggest me any suitable business which I can do from my home. I don't want to do any private job any more. No one in family to support me financially yet.

Ans: You will have to think what skills you have gathered in your work life and then evaluate how you can leverage the same to build a business around the same; who will be willing to pay you for those services if you do freelance work or get into contract with multiple parties. Try a pilot and if it is successful then expand the same.

Requesting you not to panic at this early stage. Let her appear for JEE session 2 and the state-level engineering entrance test. Let all the results out. You have ample time to think about the available options for engineering admission. At this stage, no need to think about management quota unless and until you want a particular branch in a particular college. Depending on her score in upcoming exams, she may get admission to reputed engineering either in Pune or Bengaluru
