For communication you can look at the below mentioned options-

Read Books
Speak everyday in English (if you are facing challenge in this language)
Record yourself and hear and accordingly work on the gaps
Seek feedback on your communication from your friends and family and improve

It's great that you are looking to enhance your professional and personal development.

Few aspects you can consider-
To enhance your communication skills you can at joining Toast Masters or some similar platforms. These forums will give you opportunity to work on your public speaking skills
You can do self practice by doing recordings of your own. This will help you identify the gaps to work upon.
Take help of friends and family who can regularly help you in articulating your thoughts.
Take relevant courses which will help you get the right job
Network with the people from the industry as this will open doors of opportunities. Attend industry related events this way you expand your connections
Seek professional guidance like career counselling or coaching
Importantly believe in your self and have patience. Keep practicing.

Dear Sir/ Madam. I am 46 years old working in a reputed organisation. I have around 24 years experience and have worked in big Multinational companies. My job is technical job and have earned and saved good money. I earn a monthly take home salary of Rs. 3 lakh currently . I can crack easily any interviews as my communication is very good. But I find it very difficult to perform technical job due to limitation in grasping things. I was a below average student as I find it very difficult to remember. I do drama in work place and survived 24 years. Because of this I am very unhappy. But now I am in a stage where I want to be myself and be happy without being afraid in work place. How can I improve so that I go to work and come back happily. Thanks for your advice in advance.

My sister is getting iit patna economics and IIT kharagpur chemistry. Which one to choose or amrita cse? She got IIT patna economics as of now. Shall we freeze this option?

Your sister's interests matter more here. Choosing economics, chemistry, or CSE randomly may cause problems later. Economics is a good field and can keep your sister away from the rat race with the other branches. If possible, consider IIT Patna. Ultimately, the final decision is yours.

sir i have 50000 ranking in kcet 2025 and 370 marks in neet, i want to pursue AIML course in engineering or veterinary if i dont get a medical college do i have chance for any of these courses? if yes which college can i get?

With the NEET score, MBBS seems difficult at GMC. But with a 50K rank in KCET, you can gain admission to a good engineering college. Currently, I cannot mention the names of colleges.
