Should I take BSC nursing or BAMS after PCB, not sure I can crack NEET?

Hello sir,I am a pcb student and i am preparing for neet and this is my second drop but i don't think i can clear neet and get mbbs seat bcz i am not a student who study all the time i just can't.I am so confused between bsc nursing or bams what should i choose which have better salary package bcs i am the eldest daughter of my family plz answer me

Ans: Hello Stuti
both career have their perks. After B.Sc nursing, you can go abroad where it is very high demand and rewarding. In Europe you can earn above 2L after experience of 1-2 years in India.
After BAMS you will be a doctor & can practice allopathy after a bridge course. Also, you can work as a resident doctor in hospitals.

If you have a budget of around 20-25L for the complete course I can help you with admissions for MBBS abroad. Since NEXT exam has become compulsory for Indian as well as foreign graduates. It is also a great option.

Sir i prepared for neet for almost 6 years .without any guidance about my carrier . But i always miss the mbbs seat. I dont know i am really stressed what should i do . i dont want to be in medical field now . i dont even have a degree right now what should i do . i passed my 12th in 2019 from pcb backround. I want to bba and then mba but right now i am 24 . i dont know my past will affect my profile.or i will face difficulty to get in to mba . idk i will be able to get job or not . I really want a help Please suggest me what should i do

I’m very sorry to hear that you missed out on six years due to a lack of proper guidance. Since you are NOT interested in medicine, it's important to choose a course that won’t negatively impact your future. If you excel in chemistry, you might consider pursuing that field and then entering the job market afterward. You can also pursue an MBA after completing any undergraduate course. If you're not confident in your chemistry skills, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) could be a good alternative. Ultimately, the choice is yours.

It's worth noting that when companies hire fresh graduates, they often look at age. Most companies tend to favor candidates who are under 24 years old. Therefore, it’s essential to complete your course without any gaps. This will increase your opportunities significantly. Don’t worry; you can achieve your goals!

Thapar is a costly choice for ECE. If you are getting admission to CSE @ JIIT Noida, then prefer it.

In the JEE scorecard, the rank is also mentioned. You did not mention the category. Assuming you are from GC, with the mentioned score, the chances are few for getting a seat in top-tier NITs; however, do keep hope for tier-2 NITs. There are possibilities for your son in IIITs for computer-related branches.

How can a government b.sc nursing 3rd semester student can start earning?

Ans: Hello Dinesh.
You are in the 3rd semester, and your degree is your long-term investment. Hence, prioritize it with time management and health. It is not recommended to divert our attention from study to earning. Suggestion: (1) Work as a part-time Healthcare in a nursing unit (2) Work with local NGOs, health camps (3) Work as a pharmacy assistant in medicine dept/shops/industries (4) Work as a freelancer (Non-clinical skills) i.e., Medical content writing, Transcription, Data entry or virtual assistant work etc. (5) work as a volunteer in NGOs or small hospitals.

Hello Sir, My son has secured 95% percentile in JEE mains, his JEE advance is pending, In the meantime he has got offer from Thapar for computer engineering.. counselling for Manipal is pending. Last date to secure seat at Thapar is 23rd which is a costly option. What should I do ?. Should I wait for other options to present itself. I belong to Delhi Home state. Which is better Manipal, Thapar or MAIT.

It would be an injustice to each other to suggest one of the aforementioned options. All are good. You have to choose according to your financial conditions. Yet you can go with either Manipal or MAIT from a cost point of view.As you said you belong to Delhi, the better option for you will be MAIT.

I am Ravi. I am 32 currently teaching aspirants for competitive exams in my small coaching setup where income is very less. I have done Bachelors in Eco Hons in 2013 and Masters in Defence in 2019. I want to enter into corporate for which I thought Full time 2 years MBA as a pathway. Wrote XAT, got interview calls from some decent colleges but in GDPI, my age gap became an issue always. I was also told that my CV shortlist chances will be very low during campus placements. Only one college gave me their non core program but getting negative response from many sides I am sceptical of my placement as batch size is also very big. It's a big investment of time and money too. I will be 34 during placements. Deep down my heart now I really want to work now rather than only again classroom study. I started working only in 2022. I want to ask if there's anyway I can get corporate job while pursuing online MBA or any other relevant certification? Or taking risk of expensive full time MBA? Many people have told me to go for Executive MBA but I don't have enough relevant experience

Ans: One option is to start teaching on your own. Second would be to try and get a corporate job by doing some short term job relevant courses and then doing executive mba after wokring for a few years or doing part time / online mba. Doing a full time MBA in your case may not be worthwhile as age is not on your side and you do not have enough relevant work ex to justify your gap.

What would be a good choice for a Computer Science engineer with 3 years of experience in data management / reporting in a large Indian private bank? Choices are post-graduation in: 1. Information Management in S P Jain (full time 2 years) 2. Operations & Supply Chain Management in IIM Mumbai (full time 2 years) Both post-graduation topics are of equal interest and both institutes are highly reputed, hence the dilemma. There is little or no background in Operations and Supply Chain Management while past education and work experience is related to IT / Data Management. Kindly advise.

Ans: Both the colleges are good and the courses you have mentioned in each are supposed to be among the best in the field. I would be a little inclined towards IM @ SP Jain as you have relevant work experience and you have no specific inclination.

Sir, i am 21 years old . I have 2 years gap from higher secondary to ug admission. I had completed my my hs education in 2020. In this peak covid time i joined my father small fruit shop to help my family. After 1 year i joined 2 year DELED course. After DELED i start preparation of WBJEE for 1 year and failed to rank a good rank. So i joined ug 3 years in ba economics in 2024. Currently i passed AMFI mutual fund exam and work as a mutual fund distributor. Now i want pursue mba by giving CAT EXAM. My questions are 1. Is my gap years back fire to admit college like fms delhi or any other top college? 2.will my mfd business count as work experience in CAT? PLEASE ANSWER MY QUERY SIR.

Ans: Gap should not be a problem in securing admission as a lot of students do have a gap during that period in order to prepare for IIT JEE or NEET. Work experience is counted only if you do it after your graduation.

Ans: Look out for jobs in other banks. Else you can do some short term courses that could be job oriented in the industry you want to work in. Can also look at option of being an investor advisor by doing courses relevant to getting RIA license. Can look at option of doing post graduation courses like MBA
