Follow up consistently via email and, if necessary, escalate through their official grievance redressal channel. To withdraw admission and request a refund, you must follow their official admission cancellation process, which is not via the fresher's portal but through email as specified on their portal. Write an email including your son’s application number, registered email ID, and reason for withdrawal. Attach proof of fee payment and ID documents. Mention that you couldn’t find a withdrawal option on the portal and that calls haven’t been helpful. If possible, seek legal assistance and try to visit the institute in person for an early solution.
