Is it good decision? I am going to do Bsc (Zoology honours ) 1st year along with neet preparation for 2026. I have not given neet this year 2025 i.e next year will be my 1st attempt in neet. Is it okay to do Bsc along side?...Will it hamper my neet preparation? I am doing online coaching...and i won't go to college regularly twice in a week. Just please tell...i am in dilemma....please tell...i am very confused

Kindly provide your 12th-grade scores and explain why you wish to pursue BSc Zoology.

Your decision might not be the best at this time, as it could dilute your preparation. It would be better to take a year off to focus on studies. However, if you feel compelled to pursue BSc Zoology, I suggest selecting BSc in Chemistry or Physics as your major, with Physics or Chemistry as an ancillary subject. By enrolling in these courses, you can clarify any doubts you may have.

I got 90% in 12th assam boards....and didn't give neet this yr...next yr it will be my first attempt...

Ans: OK. Did not mentioned about the pcb marks. Based on that i suggest some ideas.

Phy- 92 Chem -85 Biology-95...

Ans: Super.
As I mentioned earlier, if you want to opt for an Undergraduate course instead of preparing exclusively for the NEET exam, it is better to go for BSc(Chemistry) instead of zoology. You need to focus more on chemistry when compared to bio.

But i won't go to college regularly...like once a week... Is it possible to crack neet 2026 in 10 months with good rank (within 50 )....along with bsc (Zoology)...but bsc is not my main target....its just i have to take admission in some clg..

Ans: Scoring within 50th rank: Possible even within 10 also possible.
BIOLOGY: Good.
BSc Not main target: want to waste dad's money.
Weekly once: Without attending the class regularly are you going to get regular degree! I would like to know the name of the college.

You can definitely appear for NEET 2026. It can be very challenging to balance NEET preparation with your regular undergraduate course, especially since I don’t know much about your specific situation. Without understanding your circumstances, it’s difficult to provide tailored advice.

However, I suggest you consider the following factors:

1. Determine which option is more beneficial for you.
2. Assess the value of the less important option and whether it will be useful in the future.

Focus on what is superior and concentrate your efforts on that to achieve your goal. If something is not useful for your future, it may just be a waste of your time. Remember, time is more precious than money.

If it’s possible for you to manage both, go for it, as long as you are confident in your abilities. However, keep in mind that in the academic year 2026-27, you will be in your third year. By 2026, you will be eligible for MBBS admission. In that situation, it’s likely that you would choose to discontinue the undergraduate course you are currently pursuing.

Therefore, it would be wise to focus on NEET and work towards becoming eligible for it.

I have not given neet this year 2025 along with 12.. I am planning to take a partial drop i.e with bsc...and give neet 1st attempt in 2026..will be it be a good decision...and there won't be any problem as i have not given this year...please tell

Ans: Hello dear
Please reconsider the idea of taking a drop of one year.. It would be better to go with a B.Sc. or equivalent courses. Appearing for NEET in 2026 will be no better decision. You can appear for NEET multiple times as there is no age limit.

NEET is a good option after HSC (12th grade). Life is inherently competitive, so don't be afraid of it.

Reflecting back to 2020, only a few people were allowed outside their homes, and they were mainly in the health-related fields.

Now is the right time to start preparing for the NEET exam. Review both the NEET and board syllabuses, comparing them to identify similar chapters. Additionally, gather previous years' NEET exam question papers.

Make a list of questions based on the subjects. For any doubts or problems, ask your subject teachers for clarification immediately. This way, you won't encounter issues when preparing for or taking the test. With the guidance of your teachers, you can learn effective tips and strategies for your exam preparation.

In practice, multitasking is not feasible.

If the JEE and NEET exams were held simultaneously, what would you have done? Since these exams are conducted separately, it's a question worth considering. You can take one exam after the other, but not simultaneously.
