It is always advisable to complete MBA.
On completion there are various options in India as well.

Ans: With the current economic scenario there would be more jobs available in Marketing as compared to HR. He can try applying through various placement agencies or websites that provide job assistance.

Ans: Can write CAT and try for IIMs. Last year IIM A selected 17 Law graduates (couple of them were my students).

Ans: Can look at CFA if you are interested in Finance. Can also do course on wealth management. If you are interested in Marketing, can look at social media marketing or digital marketing. For IT can look at business Analyst.
