Sir, my daughter got pcm 160 cut off, so, for BE CSE which engineering college in tnea counseling will be best to choose.

Ans: Arulmurugan Sir, With a PCM score of 160 in TNEA 2025, securing admission in B.E. Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at top Tamil Nadu government colleges like Anna University, PSG Tech, or Coimbatore Institute of Technology is unlikely, as their CSE cutoffs range from around 185 to 200. However, your daughter has good chances in reputed government colleges with slightly lower cutoffs such as Government College of Engineering Salem, Tirunelveli, Bargur, and Srirangam, where CSE cutoffs are approximately 160-165. Additionally, private colleges like Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering (Pollachi), Sri Krishna College of Engineering (Coimbatore), K. Ramakrishnan College (Trichy), and Mepco Schlenk Engineering College (Sivakasi) also offer CSE seats around this cutoff range. If flexible, considering related branches like Information Technology, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering can improve admission prospects. Overall, focusing on government colleges with moderate cutoffs and reputed private colleges will provide the best options for CSE admission at a 160 PCM score in TNEA counseling. All the best for your daughter's admissions and a bright future!

Thank you sir, please guide me for chennai, chengalpattu, kanchipuram district engineering colleges and medical side without neet which course best.
Ans: Colleges such as SRM Valliammai Engineering College (Chengalpattu), Vel Tech (Avadi, Chennai), Tagore Engineering College (Chennai), and KCG College of Technology (Chennai) are strong options offering CSE, IT, and allied branches with good infrastructure and placement records. Considering branches like Information Technology or Computer Science and Business Systems can also improve admission chances, as their cutoffs tend to be slightly lower. It is advisable to participate actively in TNEA counselling, keep backup options ready, and consider private colleges with good academic reputation and placement support. Overall, focusing on well-established private colleges in these districts will provide quality education and career prospects with a 160 PCM cutoff in TNEA counselling.
