My daughter is getting admission in iit jammu, iit varanasi, iit bhilai, for chemical, material, pharmaceutical engineering, are these good trade n colleges. Little worried about safety in this area. Other option is coep pune, pict, mit pune, for cs branch, n bits pilani Other than cs which will be better?

Ans: Hi,
1. Pharmaceutical engineering is a combination of pharmacy (16) and engineering (6) subjects. If she is not interested in biology and chemistry, this may not be the right choice. It might be better for her to consider a different engineering course.

2. Safety is always important. It starts with our behavior in society. During student life, everyone will face problems, and we must try to handle them smoothly and turn them into opportunities.
All the best.
