My current salary is Rs. 35,000 per month. My increment if it has to happen will happen in January 2025. As my current job is close to my home, I don't want to lose my current job. What should I do to increase my salary to atleast Rs. 1 lakh per month?

Ans: Hi,
You can always increase your salary by adding more value. Do more than what you are paid for. Get results and make life easier for your boss. Then you can go and ask for a raise. Even after doing this if your current employer does not give you a good increment then start looking out. It is a very good thing that you have a specific goal in mind . Be open to offers away even if you have to travel a bit.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. However, I don't want to travel, so only option remains is either look closer to home jobs or work from home scenario. I am intending to be in my current job for atleast 5-7 years. Let's see whether I can make it
