Sir/mam,My son aged 27 yrs is working as a app developer in a startup company for megre salary. What should he do to goto a higher position?

Ans: Hello!!

Going to a higher position is only possible by your contribution to the company by sheer hard work, giving your 100%.

The only way to a higher salary is to demand your worth. If he feels he is underpaid he must ask for more... only the person knows his worth. He has to prove by his work ethics and the results he has given to the company in terms of revenue and communicate respectfully that he deserves more. If they listen to him then great otherwise he has to look for another place where he is valued.
