Ans: Hello
By "not so strong" do you mean that your teeth are more prone to decay (cavities) and chip off easily?
If so, your teeth could be deficient in Calcium. I'm assuming you have always maintained good oral hygiene. Unfortunately calcium supplements taken after childhood do not help as tooth formation is already complete by then.
You might benefit from using certain special toothpastes which claim to remineralise teeth. But, in general, it means you need to take extra care with your rinsing/brushing/flossing to keep your teeth healthy.
If by "not so strong" you mean your teeth are shaking or you cannot confidently bite something hard, the fault lies not in your teeth but with your gums and supporting structures. Weak or infected gums can be easily treated. Please visit your dentist so that the problem can be diagnosed and appropriately treated

But in the last few years, I’ve noticed my upper teeth seem to be shifting. There are small gaps between my front teeth. Is it too late for braces or clear aligners? Please help.

Teeth shifting and causing gaps to appear at your age (where there were no gaps earlier) strongly suggests weakness of gums.
Kindly consult a dentist to have your gum condition assessed and treated. Proper gum treatment can stop teeth shifting further and the gaps getting bigger. But cannot reverse the shifting that has already occurred.
Once the gums have been stabilised you may need to undergo corrective orthodontic treatment.
Tooth aligners, also known as clear aligners, can be used by people to have their teeth straightened or to have gaps between teeth closed. Thanks to advancements in dental treatment there is no strict upper age limit for using tooth aligners. Many adults in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, have successfully used aligners to straighten their teeth.

However, before using tooth aligners, it's essential to consult with an orthodontist or a dentist to determine if aligners are suitable for your specific needs and age. And please use aligners only under an orthodontist's supervision.
