Choosing a core branch while simultaneously preparing in DS+AI or coding may seem easy at the early stage, but maintaining consistency and staying updated becomes very difficult as time passes. As you mentioned, you are only interested in tech branches, so consider dropping the idea of electrical, mechanical, or chemical branches. Pursue CSE at any NIT and fulfill your dream; this is the best path for you.
