मैंने अभी JEE एडवांस 2024 दिया है और मुझे IIT में अच्छी ब्रांच मिल सकती हैं लेकिन मैं इस बात को लेकर असमंजस में हूँ कि इंजीनियरिंग करूँ या नहीं क्योंकि हर कोई कह रहा है कि इंजीनियरिंग मर चुकी है, यहाँ तक कि इंजीनियर भी इंजीनियरिंग को दोष देते थे..इस सब की वजह से मैं डरा हुआ और तनाव में रहता हूँ..मुझे गणित और नंबर पसंद थे...एक और समस्या यह है कि मैं सूरत में रहने वाले एक गुजराती परिवार से था..मेरे परिवार में सभी लोग व्यवसाय में हैं..इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि अगर मैं अपने गृहनगर में बस जाऊँ तो यह मेरे लिए मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से अच्छा होगा..ऐसा होना भी चाहिए मैं सीए कोर्स पर विचार कर रहा हूं क्योंकि मैंने सुना था कि भारत को सीए की जरूरत है... इस सब के कारण मैं वास्तव में इंजीनियरिंग और सीए के बीच उलझन में हूं... मैं अपना खुद का कुछ करना चाहता हूं... कृपया मेरी मदद करें...

Ans: ECE at Saveetha has good infrastructure and a flexible learning system, but core ECE placements are average, and faculty quality is mixed. Overall, it is fine if your son focuses on skills, internships, and preparation for higher studies alongside college academics. If no other alternative is available, you can go with Saveetha. Ans: Preference order may be: Production @ NIT Trichy > Mechanical @ NIT Calicut > CSE @ VIT, unless he is strongly focused only, and you are comfortable with the fee structure.

सर, मुझे मेन्स में 98.3 परसेंटाइल और एडवांस में लगभग 95 अंक मिले हैं। मुझे उम्मीद है कि मेरी रैंक 15,000 से 16,000 के बीच आएगी। क्या मुझे सिविल, मैकेनिकल, मेटलर्जी जैसी कोर ब्रांच वाले निचले स्तर के IITs में जाना चाहिए या फिर टियर 2 NITs में इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग में।

Ans: बेहतर करियर लचीलेपन और प्लेसमेंट के लिए, टियर-2 एनआईटी में इलेक्ट्रिकल शाखा आमतौर पर निचले स्तर के आईआईटी कोर शाखाओं की तुलना में बेहतर विकल्प है, जब तक कि आपको आईआईटी का टैग बहुत पसंद न हो या आप गैर-कोर/सरकारी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी न कर रहे हों। अंतिम निर्णय आपका होगा।

Ans: Chances with top colleges are almost nil. Try with newer or lower-tier colleges during later rounds. But you keep an alternative option ready as a backup. More practical advice is to choose a decent private college with the preferred branch and take admission via the management quota if finance is not the main concern.

मुझे COMEDK में 85 अंक मिले हैं। इन अंकों के आधार पर मुझे कौन-कौन से कॉलेज मिल सकते हैं, यह देखते हुए कि मैं केवल ECE VLSI, ECE या एयरोस्पेस में ही पढ़ाई करना चाहता हूँ। मैं चंडीगढ़ से हूँ, इसलिए मुझे हाई स्कूल कोटा नहीं मिलता। इसके अलावा, मुझे PEC में मेटलर्जी और सिविल इंजीनियरिंग, थापर में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स (लेकिन यह बहुत महंगा है) और CCET, सेक्टर 26, चंडीगढ़ में ECE के लिए भी ऑफर मिल रहे हैं। इनमें से कौन से कॉलेज और COMEDK के माध्यम से मिलने वाले कॉलेज मेरे लिए सबसे अच्छे विकल्प हैं, यह देखते हुए कि मेरा मुख्य लक्ष्य सैन्य मिसाइलों और विमानों के लिए चिप डिजाइनिंग है और मैं GATE की तैयारी करके Mtech करना चाहता हूँ, इसलिए प्लेसमेंट मेरे लिए ज्यादा मायने नहीं रखता। मेरी मुख्य चिंता यह है कि शिक्षण की गुणवत्ता और प्रयोगशालाएँ अच्छी हों और भविष्य में PhD करने की स्थिति में मेरी मदद करें। यदि आप कृपया इन कॉलेजों को रैंकिंग में शामिल कर दें तो मैं आपका आभारी रहूँगा।

Ans: For a female candidate focused on overall career prospects, coding culture, placements, and brand value, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women CSE is generally preferred over M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology CSE. But if you are inclined towards MSRIT, it is also an excellent choice. Practical advice: Choose the one that is nearer to your hometown to reduce upcoming expenses.
