Here is the point-wise reply: (1) The chances of getting a seat in either GMC or private medical colleges appear to be challenging and slim. (2) With a 97.37 percentile in MHTCET, you have a chance of getting into a good college in Maharashtra through the 15% other state quota. (3) With a 92 percentile in JEE, you have a chance to gain admission to your preferred branches in well-reputed colleges. However, CSE seems to be challenging with this score. It is not possible for us to provide the names of colleges. (4) The scholarship criteria are determined by the institute, and you must meet their criterion to be eligible. With an 88.17 percentile, it seems to be challenging.
