मैंने सुन्दरम फाइनेंस से 25 वर्ष की चुकौती अवधि के साथ आवास ऋण लिया तथा केवल 20 वर्ष के लिए जीवन बीमा लिया, यदि व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो बीमा कंपनी सुन्दरम फाइनेंस को शेष राशि का भुगतान करेगी।

Ans: आपका आवास ऋण 25 वर्षों के लिए है, लेकिन जीवन बीमा केवल 20 वर्षों के लिए कवर करता है।
यदि मृत्यु 20 वर्षों के बाद होती है, तो कोई बीमा भुगतान नहीं।

मेरी बेटी को बिल्ले पार्ले के एनएमआईएमएस नैन कैंपस में बीबीए फिनटेक में एडमिशन मिल गया है। हम चंडीगढ़ से हैं। ट्यूशन फीस 4 लाख प्रति वर्ष है। और रहने, खाने, यात्रा आदि के लिए लगभग 40 से 50 हजार प्रति माह। क्या 3 साल के कोर्स के लिए बीबीए फिनटेक पर लगभग 30 लाख से अधिक खर्च करना उचित है। या फिर चंडीगढ़ या दिल्ली में किसी नियमित कॉलेज में जाना चाहिए और फिर बाद में किसी अच्छे कॉलेज से एमबीए करना चाहिए। क्या उसे बीबीए के बाद ही कोई अच्छी नौकरी मिल सकती है। वह किस तरह के वेतन पैकेज की उम्मीद कर सकती है

Ans: अगर आपके पास पैसे हैं तो हाँ, आप आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। लेकिन मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से स्नातक की पढ़ाई पर इतना खर्च नहीं करना चाहूँगा, बल्कि स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षा के लिए बचत करूँगा। वह नियमित कॉलेज से स्नातक कर सकती है और साथ ही अगर उसे वित्त में रुचि है तो CFA भी कर सकती है। ज़्यादातर छात्र स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद स्नातकोत्तर की पढ़ाई करेंगे।
