मैंने 2012 में इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन में स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की है और मेरे पास 10 साल का अनुभव है। चूंकि मैंने बहुत कम वेतन के साथ अपना करियर शुरू किया था, इसलिए 5 कंपनियों को बदलने के बाद मेरी सीटीसी 9 लाख रुपये प्रति वर्ष है। सभी प्रतिष्ठित हैं। मेरे अनुभव के अनुसार मुझे बहुत कम वेतन दिया जा रहा है, जबकि दूसरी ओर मेरे बैचमेट दोस्त 15-16 लाख रुपये प्रति वर्ष पर हैं। यह देखकर मुझे लगा कि मैं बाकी सभी से बहुत पीछे हूं। इसका असर मेरे काम पर भी पड़ता है। मुझे काम पर जाना पसंद नहीं है।
