Ans: For uncontrolled blood sugar levels, get immediate prescription from a doctor. Follow a diet to include complex and high fiber carbohydrates like brown rice, brown bread, ragi, multi grains, fruits, vegetables etc. Eat fish or flax seeds, walnuts that are high in omega-3 fatty acids Avoid sweets, fat and salt rich foods, canned or processed foods, red meat, alcohol, etc. Exercise for at least 30 minutes for minimum 5 days a week.

My sugar is before eating something 132 and after eating 181 my age is 44

Ans: Target blood sugar levels before meals should be 72–99 mg/dl and less than 140 mg/dl 2 hours after a meal for people without diabetes. If your levels are higher than this, you must get blood tests done with an HbA1c to confirm a diabetic condition.

sir i am 46 years old with fasting sugar 105 and pp sugar is 85 . pl suggest how to get normal range of sugar.

Ans: Increase physical activity to atleast 30 to 60 min a day for atleast 5 days in a week with not more than 2 days gap.
Modify diet and reduce carbohydrate and reduce portions. eat a lot of vegetables and salads. Avoid refined flour or packaged food items. recheck after 3 months and also get HbA1C done.
