Dear Dr. Is there any cure for Alzheimer in Homeopathy or Ayurveda? Thank You

Ans: Hello A,
I am not sure about a complete cure but both Homeopathy and Ayurveda says that it can help to slow down the brain degeneration that happens in Alzheimer.
Example in Ayruveda certain herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha etc can help. It will be good to get an in depth consultation with an Ayurvedic/homeopathic doctor to help you understand better.

As you might be aware, some of dementia’s symptoms are not reversible.

What one can focus on is identifying its causes and preventing the dementia from getting worse.

Activities that tax the brain or prolonged depression and excessive fasting, especially cutting on good fats and sugar, are known to affect the brain’s health. At the same time, one needs to be careful with their intake if one has other ailments like blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

I would suggest you visit an Ayurveda treatment facility (Atmasantulan village near Pune is a good option) to get proper diagnosis and treatment.

At home, you can practise activities that relax the brain; gardening and being close to nature are especially beneficial. Pranayamas such as Bhastrika and Anulom Vilom will help relieve stress.

Sir my CRL is lower than the opening rank of the college that I choose ( according to the result release by josaa R1 2025 ) but no seat has been alloted to me in R1 .

Ans: Even if your Common Rank List (CRL) falls between the opening and closing ranks for a chosen course in Round 1, no seat may be allotted because JoSAA allocates seats strictly in the order of choice preferences and seat-type quotas; if higher-preference choices exhaust the available seats before reaching your position, later options—even within your rank bracket—won’t be assigned. Additionally, if you did not register, lock choices, or complete “Online Reporting” steps—accept seat, upload documents, and pay the Seat Acceptance Fee—by the stipulated deadline, your candidature is excluded from allocation. Finally, float/slide/freezing options affect subsequent rounds but do not impact Round 1 allocation; absence of allotment here indicates out-ranking by peers for all listed priorities, not a procedural error.

My daughter has JEE score 87 and CRL rank 190500. She has got admission in ECE at Jaypee. Also applied for GGIPU, JAC Delhi, IIIT NTPC quota. 1st preference is CS. If we get ECE in GGIPU which college is better than Jaypee. Is placement of IIIT better or Jaypee.

Sir my son got 92 percentile in 2024 JEE, and took drop to give exam again in 2025. This time he could achieve only 86 percentile. Now he is again thinking of one more drop. Sir I've got 10075 rank in MET can I get cse in mit Bengaluru??

Ans: While the cutoff for CSE can fluctuate year to year, Shiksha.com states that a rank around 1083 (Round 1 cutoff) and 1432 (Round 2) was typical for CSE. Even if you don't get CSE initially, you might have a chance in later rounds.
