I have a wisdom tooth at end of right side. Its frequency of pain is like once in a six months but problem is that food particles stuck around it. Should i remove it or leave it as it is. Pls advise.

Hi Dr Shyam I am over 8.5 months pregnant and my doctor has advised me to be prepared as am due in a few days. Now my wisdom tooth is giving me trouble. Dr. Shyam, This is steven, I have a cavity in my last molar on the right side. the tooth has half eroded and has come out in bits and pieces. I have no issues with it other than that the food particles get stuck in it which I can feel and immediately i gargle and it comes out. No pain or whatsoever. What should be my next step kindly suggest

Ans: Hello
Any tooth which is decayed/broken should be treated as soon as possible. Regardless of whether it's hurting or not. Please remember that tooth decay if left untreated can spread to the neighbouring teeth.
Besides, even if the tooth is painless now it can trouble you later.
So please consult your dentist and seek his advice on what steps need to be taken

Hi, i have dental issues , my upper left side of the jaw has teeth no 4&5 on which RCT is in progress since march 2023. it was very painful for tooth4 and mild for 5, so i changed dentist on 1 may and new dentist took full month of may to do RCT for 4 & 5 again. now pain has disappeared in 5 but remains in 4. the new dentist says that there is a pocket between 4 &3 and i have copy of xray that shows that. i m not sure this dentist is telling the right reasons, as some other dentist says that condition of 4 is so bad that filling inside it is visible from outside and extraction is last resort.. my question is what should i do? protecting a tooth at all costs is more important or shall i go for extraction.

Sorry to hear that even after two months your RCTs have not been completed to your satisfaction. There could be a variety of reasons why this is happening. Despite the impressive advances in Dental treatment procedures we still see some cases that are untreatable. And while we spare no effort to save natural teeth, in some cases extraction becomes unavoidable. What is important is that you get complete relief from pain/discomfort. Whether to extract it or continue with the treatment is a call you have to take in consultation with your dentist.

Sir, Recently I have underwent minor cardio issue and put two stunts. 2 teeth are shaking and little pain is there. shall i go for removal.

Ans: Hello
You can certainly get them extracted. A few precautions need to be taken.
You need to get prior approval from your treating Cardiac surgeon/physician. If your health parameters are all normal he will give you his approval. He would ask you to stop taking blood thinners (if you're taking any) a couple of days before the scheduled extractions. Also you need to take a course of antibiotics.
It’s very important that you keep both your Dentist and physician informed about your heart condition and your impending tooth extractions.

Person having income above 3 lacs (for new tax regime) is required to file ITR. However, you will be eligible for tax rebate upto 25000 and not likely to pay any tax on gain.

I sold my father's house for Rs 2.30 crores and bought another house for 1 crore 40 lakhs Out of the amount I received for my sold property I transferred 28 lakhs to my sister's account as a gift from my side Pls note i just transferred the money didn't give it like a gift deed How much tax would I need to pay

Ans: I understand that you got flat in inheritance as legal hair as sole owner of property for income tax purpose. In case entire capital gain amount is invested in another property as per specified conditions, no tax on gain amount of property.

Further with reference gift deed, tax will not depend on execution of deed, however, it is advisable to execute gift deed.
