You can't convince anyone when they have decided not to be convinced. Inter-faith marriages are still a big NO-NO in many households and when you ask parents, they will give reasons of not being able to adjust to another home with different customs and traditions and also they worry about society.
If you want this marriage, rather than focusing on convincing your parents, why don't you build reasons on why they should trust your partner? Let you partner also try and integrate into your family. Your parents need to see why your partner is good for you and maybe that will help them break their beliefs.
So, think more on what you and your partner can do for your parents to trust and be comfortable around your partner.

As I suggest in cases like inter-faith marriages, the only thing you can do is to literally display your reasons for loving your boyfriend. Let your parents see the person that you see in him.
