Mi IT sector me kam krti hu achhi kama leti hu, bf 7.5 years relationship me rehake ab mujhe andhere me rakhake ,aur sb jagah se block krke, kisi dusri ladki se engagement krli family pressure me aake, kyuki ldke ko job nhi hai, aur jb mine pucha to bola mujhse shadi nhi krega, aur mi kisi dusre insan ke sath shadi nhi krungi, bs bf se hi krungi. To ab mine kya Krna chahiye. I gave him emotional, physical and financial stability. Aur shadi ke bad bhi mi ghar chala skti hu. Mi unke maata se milkar ayi unko itna bataya phir bhi wo bol rahe ab engagement ho gyi hai. Mi kaise bf se shadi kr skti hu,I need suggestion,idea so that mera bf mujhe accept kre as a wife.

I understand that it is very difficult to let go of a relationship you built from scratch. But I strongly believe that you deserve better. He left you, either out of family pressure or personal choice- but you deserve someone who will be with you no matter what comes. You gave him everything and he couldn't even give you his commitment. Do you really want to be with someone like that? Is that what you deserve? Understand your worth and move on with your head held high. I can assure you that you will find someone far far better than your ex. And why should you be the sole breadwinner and support the family alone? You deserve someone who will share every burden with you.

Please focus on moving on instead of getting him back. Again, I repeat, you deserve much more in life.

Last year, I missed qualifying CTET by just 2 marks. This year, I feel more confident after checking the answer key. Can you tell me if the cut-off trends have remained consistent over the years?

Ans: Cut-off trends keep varying from year to year. It can't be a constant. If the questions become relatively easy then the cut off mark will go high and if the questions become relatively hard then the cut off marks come down. But no worries. Ans: Based on the data mentioned above, your Tax liability shall be less in Old Tax Regime (about Rs.25,000.00 without Interest etc.) as compared to new tax regime. You should file your ITR accordingly.

I've completed my graduation (B.Sc) from Delhi University, however I've come to realise that my interest lies someplace else, I hold a passion and wish to persue masters in Psychology and be a clinical psychologist down the line, what should be my next steps? Ans: 01. You should have filed your ITR for F/Y 2021-22, without declaring Rs.14.00 lakhs (received as advance), as Income for the year. Please ensure, that you don't claim TDS (if any deducted on this amount). Declare your total Income in F/Y 2022-23 ITR, working out Capital Gains clearly.

Hi, currently in Bangalore with a rental income of 75k and a salary of 25k. Living myself in a rented house of 15k, all expenses combined take away my total income. Have a loan of 10 lakh, on the rental income house and 5 lakh of loan from relatives. which I am finding it difficult to pay off. Hence, I am thinking of shifting to Mysore after selling the rental income house clear the loans and buy a rental income property in Mysore. Is it worth, please advise..

Ans: Your thinking needs re-consideration, due to following factors :
01. You have a monthly income of Rs.1,00,000.00. You should first pay your loan taken from the relatives, may be in installments, over a period of 1-2 years. Then, besides paying EMI on Bank Loan of Rs.10.00 lakhs, you should pay some extra amount to clear your loan as early as possible. You would be quite comfortable after payment of your loans.
02. You already have a rental income property, it won't be advisable to sell it & then find a rental income property in another city.
