I have following stocks in my portfolio from more than a year. I accumulated few shares in these stocks in the month of April 2020. Please advise which one to hold and from which stocks I need to exit. I'm investor and I have made these investments in long term perspectives.

You may begin a monthly sip of 80 K into a combination of pure equity mutual funds and continue for 14 years.

At 50, your sip may yield you a corpus of around 3.5 Cr.

The PF corpus will grow over 14 years into a sum of around 1 Cr. No additional contributions are assumed, which may be deemed as surplus.

The gold holding if liquidated and invested in equity mutual funds as lumpsum will yield a corpus of around 0.5 Cr after 14 years.

If you do not wish to liquidate gold holdings then the monthly sip may be hiked to 90 K.

The gold holding will grow in value to around 0.25 Cr over 14 years and 90 K sip will yield corpus of 3.75 Cr+.

Considering both scenarios you achieve your target of 5 Cr in 14 years:

80 K sip-3.5 Cr in 14 years
Pf value-1.0 Cr in 14 years
Gold holdings converted to equity MF holdings: 0.5 Cr in 14 years
Grand Total -5.00 Cr

90 K sip- 3.75 Cr+ in 14 years
Pf Value- 1.00 Cr in 14 years
Gold Value- 0.25 Cr in 14 years
Grand Total -5.00 Cr+

Pure equity MF returns assumed at 12%, PF at 8% and Gold return at 7%.

I would advise to repeat usg after one week because have need to wait till 7 weeks
Normally heart beats appear till 7 weeks of pregnancy

Ans: Great question. Why 42. You will start earning from 2025 only. Just go for some certification course of DATA SCIENCE which will include AI cum Machine Learning. Since you are an engineer this course won't be a problem for you. Just before joining the course for 1-2 months see the YOU TUBE videos about coding. Never it is too late. Secondly stop searching for govt. jobs. IT future lies in private only. One very good suggestion is there. Pursue 2 years online MBA in IT. Ans: If the financial condition permits let her go for MS from a reputed university of USA. She needs good GRE SCORE, TOEFL score around 105-110, three good recommendations from her professor, a sloid SOP (statement of purpose) and approximately a funding between 80 lakhs to 1 crore. Ans: Unless you go for BE (Civil) and M.Tech Structures you can't be an officially recognized Structural Engineer. But the present condition won't allow you to do BE (Civil) and M.Tech (Structures) by leaving you job and you are married too. So I would suggest you to appear for the AMIE exam. It is hard, but at least the scope is there. After completing AMIE you will be equivalent to BE ( Civil). After that even if you don't go for M.Tech it will not create any problem.
