Want to invest for longterm should get annual return 12 percent simultaneously should get good amount of divident in PRIVATE SECTOR suggest those company which generating revenue on upside, profit also upside, debt should be minimal

Ans: Hello;

You want to invest in the stock market for long term.

There are 2 approaches to do it.

Either you yourself learn techno-fundamental analysis and invest solely on your research and conviction.

Else you outsource this activity to an investment advisor or fund manager of a mutual fund.

Nobody operating in the market can guarantee a certain fixed return to you. If somebody is doing so, they are lying.

You may get many tips on TV and social media. Ultimately who will take responsibility if your money gets lost.

This way(self study based investing or outsourced to a professional)you may be able to fix accountability for any wrong decisions and also take corrective actions to minimize/reduce losses.

Also don't chase only dividend. It's a byproduct.

Focus on clean high growth potential relatively safe companies, dividends will follow.

Happy Investing;
