Reply is requested from highly experienced and knowledgeable Physiotherapist. During femur bone displacement surgery, ortho surgeon told me that whole life I have to use western toilet because I will not be able to sit on the floor so I can not use indian toilet. Is there any physiotherapy ? which can enable me to sit on the floor and to use indian toilet. Please guide from your long experience. Thanks.

Are you able to do squats comfortably?
Usually after femur bone displacement surgery it is better to use Western toilets so there is less pressure on the affected part and thus better in the long run.

With the history given this seems to be a soft tissue tear. It’s best to get an Mri scan and see an Ortho or physio and follow the given protocol for this to heal internally

Five months over after femur bone displacement surgery in left leg. Still not able to sit so I can not use indian toilet and has to use western toilet. Any suggestion when I will be able to sit and can use indian toilet. Some tells that I will never be able to sit because plate is used for femur displacement surgery which is preventing sitting. In this case physio therapy also will not help. What's your advice ?

Post a femur displacement surgery it is mainly your orthopedic who can decide about the activities allowed for you.
