I have liver enzymes elevated twice than normal. I have extensively been tested for all diseases. All came out negative. And no sign of abnormalities in ultrasound scan. What can cause elevation in LfT ?

Undergone health check up recently after suffering from vague abdomen pain and abnormal parameters are as follows: 1) HbA1c = 6.1, 2) CRP=3.9, 3) Vit D = 11.03. Ultrasound of Abdomen shows Liver is mildly enlarged in size (15.8) and shows increased parenchymal echotexture(Impression: Mild hepatomegaly with Grade-I fatty changes) . I am 29 years(Male) old , weight: 88KG and height: 175cm. Please help me understand what does it indicates and what are the measures to be taken to maintain normals. Thank you

My husband ( 59) was detected with mild fatty liver condition in November '22. We consulted a specialist and he advised fibroscan, biopsy of liver and confirmed that alcohol consumption if any should be done away with and gave a huge list of medication. Some how the condition didn't improve much. Last year , June '23 my husband's ggt levels went extremely high n the entire lft report was bad and he was also diagnosed with high bilirubin ( jaundice). Since then, without wasting much time we consulted an Ayurvedic Dr. Since then things improved tremendously and even the fibroscan value started getting better. The lft reports were also improving, vut suddenly again this June we found that the bilirubin is getting sometimes higher and sometimes lower on different tests. Dr has changed the diet pattern and meds once again buu the surprising part is he has no symptoms of jaundice at all. No pain in the abdomen, no yellowing of skin or eyes. What could be the reason for this sudden fluctuations. Kindly suggest why this problem ???? Thank you.

Hi , I m from Latur, I am having digestion and gases problem also I can not eat fried or oily items due to acidity problem. I am an occasional drinker ( after every 7 - 8 days I drink ) So i hv got checked my liver. Doctor carried out LFT test for lever. LFT test showed SGOT level 44. Normal range according to them is 0-- 40. What should I do now.? Is my lever ok. Please suggest.
