Hi Komal Mam,I am 40 years female,weight 48kg .I have type 2 diabetes since 2 years.my post food sugar levels are 150 to 250.how to control diabetes and how can I gain weight

Ans: To control diabetes, adopt a balanced diet by focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, complex carbohydrates like whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, oats), legumes, and vegetables. Use healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. Include lean proteins like fish, poultry, tofu, and beans. Limit sugary foods, refined carbs, and saturated fats and stay physically active. Have a regular exercise schedule with focus on weight training which will help gain lean mass. This will help gain muscle and thus overall weight.
