My husband met accident last month and had head injury left fronto parietal subdural hygroma with mass effect. Now his behavior is restless and he needs to keep on move out. He forget his mobile no, and his address too. As per doctors word this is due to trauma also due to withdrawal syndrome. He may get ok with in a month for some patients within 6 months and some may not. As he already have alcohol consumption doctors felt this could be withdrawal symptom too. As its already 40 days over still recovery percentage is low. Kindly advice when he can do his daily chores and joining his job.

Ans: It is very difficult to predict how much time he will take to recover. He needs an intense rehabilitation programme (speech therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy) .

Hello doctor, my father had a mini heart attack in September. He was experiencing asthma and jhanjhanahat (I don't know what else can I call it) in shoulders and hands . His hands would get tight all of a sudden and it would pain a lot. Also, he is very physically active. He used to go to a pulmonologist for asthma but he overlooked all of these and suggested to put volini spray on it. So when he got the heartattack his left body got paralysed for a while and after that he was fine. The doctor said that there was blockage in artery so he got a surgery done where the stunt was placed near waist. We maintained a good diet after that but when he got back to his house my brother's wife would not care much about the diet and fed him oils and refined oil as much as she could. Now it has been 7 month now he has been experiencing tightness in hands and legs again. Please suggest doctor. I fear that he might get heart attack once again. And sir please suggest on one more thing that he used to be a very strict and sophisticated person. But now he has completed changed. Now he is not as strict as before but some weird behaviour is something that I have been noticing over few months. He is highly forgetfully. Like he will ask you for something and then forget about it just after few minutes and then scold you for it. He keeps repeating what he says during a conversation. Sometimes he reacts violently without understanding the situation well which was not the case before. I fear he might have some psychological problems as my mother in law as severe dementia that she cannot even eat or walk. I fear the same.

I am 49 and plan to retire in 2 years time.. I currently have a MF corpus of about 1.8 Cr, a PF of about 1 Cr and properties worth 2 Cr. We two brothers have inherited a property on 200 sq yard by registered will of our father in 2020. The property was purchased by our father in 1970 and redeveloped in 1990 into three story building. Ground floor is with my brother and first floor. Third floor without roof rights was sold by our father at the time of redevelopment . Me and my brother have terrace rights as per registered will of our father ( each has 50% roof/ terrace rights). My brother is US citizen and want to sell his share for four crores. The expected rental income from the ground floor will be Rupees 60 thousand per month. The circle rate of the property is Rupees 7 lakh per yard. My interest in the ground floor of the property is mainly to live peacefully without any interference by unknown new buyer. I am 65 and my question is from financial point should I purchase from my brother by paying Rs. 4 crore or keep the amount in bank as fixed deposit/ RBI bonds at around 8 percent per year. Second question is if he sell it to other buyer how he will sell terrace as the terrace is undivided and we both have inherited it by registered will. Thirdly there are many builders who want to redevelop the property into four floor with basement and stilt parking. What will be the right option . I have only son .

Regarding the terrace, your brother cannot sell his 50% share independently since it is undivided and jointly inherited. Any sale requires your consent, limiting his ability to transfer full terrace rights to a new buyer.
