HLO SIR I am 44 years man and I am suffering from Bell's palsy What all exercise I can do to cure it AS soon AS possible

Ans: I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Bell's palsy can be difficult to deal with, but many people experience good recovery with proper treatment and exercises. It's crucial to follow a structured rehabilitation program, preferably under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

Incorporate various facial exercises such as raising your eyebrows, blowing air, winking, inflating your cheeks, and puckering your lips as if to whistle. Additionally, gently massage your facial muscles. If you have trouble closing your eyes while sleeping, consider using a blindfold to protect them.

Hello, My son Master Sumedh age 18 years old suffering from Spastic diplegia (mild cp ) and having tight hamstring. He is walking with support but bends his knees. His hands are working well and also intellectual well . He was operated 8 years back for corrective surgery and results was also good. But again some deterioration in progress observed. We are from Ahmednagar Maharashtra. Kindly Advise us for proper treatment

Ans: Hello Vinod, for spastic diplegia it is very important to have a team of occupational therapist along with a paediatric physiotherapist work on your son. This needs long term therapeutic care else the condition deteriorates so please find a good one next to your location so easier travel wise.

Hello, I am suffering from Bells Palsy since 7 days I am visiting Physio for Electrical Stimulation therapy. Now my lower Jaw is paining due to this therapy... My defect is getting to normal now day by day... There is slight weakness on forehead and unable to smile....Shall I still continue with EMS ?

Ans: Electrical stimulation has, role in the acute phase upto 2 weeks. Physio should be continued for 8 weeks

I am diabetic patient from the last 15 years with control of sugar level between 120 to 180 in both fast and pp condition, but we are facing the timbling sensation near the left shoulder from last one year , pl suggest for this

Ans: Blood sugar levels can be lowered with an effective diet management and a good exercise regimen. Follow a diet with low carbohydrate foods, more fiber rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals etc., low total fat and a good protein intake from foods like low fat dairy products, lean meat, eggs, pulses and legumes etc. Adopt aerobic and strengthening exercises which will increase your muscle mass. Thus, lowering blood sugar levels will help reduce the symptoms of hyperglycemia.

Ans: Please use Thera band for exercised. Along with that do gentle stretching of the shoulder. Use finger ladder

I am meber of EPFO, DEC 1995 TO MARCH 1999 , THEN BREAK & AGAIN JOIN TO EPFO FROM 8 FEB 2006 TILL TODAY, & I HAVE GOT UAN NUMBER FROM FEB 2006 BUT FROM DEC 95 TO MARCH 1999 , THERE WAS NO PROVISON FOR UAN NUMBER, THEN HOW CAN MY LAST SERVICE ADD WITH PRESNT UAN NUMBER

Ans: You may have physical PF slips, documents from your employer which provide details of your EPF account during 1995 to 1999. If you have these records then you can visit EPFO and furnish application to link(merge) this account with your current UAN. They may need a letter from your employer during that phase, attesting the facts about your EPF account.

Ans: Yes EPS pension is calculated based on average basic salary of previous 60 months and pensionable service period.

Based on a predetermined formula involving these two factors EPS pension is determined.

I had been working since 1984 to 2019.but there was no EPF facility till I worked 1990. From 1991 to 2001, EPF was there but no details are available with me..Company is also closed...How I will get epf benefit from this company.From the service of 2001 to 2019, now co. is asking pf slips from the emplyees. Theh have the details frm 2009 to 2019.. Please advise how i wll get all these documents Now iam retired too

Sir, I had lost my Job during Covid Pandemic in the year 2020 and I had recently got all of my EPFO credited in my account for the last 10 years 6 months.. The EPF was being maintained by the Company's trust. I had asked the respective manager about my EPS(Pension) then he said that they only maintained the EPF amount and the EPS is maintained by the EPFO. Sir Can you tell me how can I access my EPS fund? Do I need any documents or prerequisites from the Company I last worked with or the company which maintained my EPF? Please provide me all the relevant information about my EPS amount and how can I withdraw it.

Ans: Since you worked for more then 10 years EPFO may not allow you to withdraw EPS. Depending on your age 50/58 you may be eligible to receive pension through EPS. Get the scheme certificate from your employer regarding EPS contributions. Have an active UAN linked to your Aadhar & Bank account so that you file claim for receiving EPS pension thru your assigned EPF office.
