Hello Maam Can diabetic eat ripe papaya and banana daily and the quantity. What about the watermelon? Regards

Ans: Yes! But a very small portion!
Pair it with seeds(sunflower/pumpkin/melon seeds) or yoghurt

One should not avoid fruits for diabetes, but opt for those with a low glycemic index
1.Eat only a few pieces or slices of a particular fruit at a time(portion control)
2.Eat a small portion and check the sugars after 2hrs...to understand the correct portion
3.Eat ur fruits&don't juice them(for fibre&blood sugar balance)
4.Eat it as a mid meal, pre/post-workout
5.Don't eat them with the major meals/immediately post that
6.Pair them with nuts&seed
