Hello mam, I am 53 years old woman with uterus and gall bladder removed 5 years ago, I started doing yoga 15-20 days back doing most basic asanas, but since a week my fingers of both hands are feeling pain early in the morning which subsides during the day, I keep squeezing my palms with fingers to feel the pain and its always there. What possibly it could be? Please guide. Thanks

You have not been doing any workout since the past 5 years and you have just about started again. So please give the body some time as the muscles in the body are sensitive. Focus more on sukshma Kriya, pranayama and Dhyan and allow the body to graduallly get stronger. Make sure you are eating a nutritious and well balanced diet.

Hi ,I have pain near middle joints of fingers when I press them this is happening in 2 to 4 fingers ,when i stretch the fingers pain subsides generally it's more in morning when I woke up and press ,also joints of affected fingers that connect to wrist (palm side) , there is slight when I press of what could be reason ,there is no pain if press all fingers upper joint

Please show an orthopedic, it could be a nerve related issue from the cervical spine. It’s best to get the scans and diagnose it well

Ans: Joint inflammation brings in pain.Early morning stiffness affecting the smaller joints at the PEriphery neeeds to be consulted with a Medical specialist or a Rheumatologist

I have taken a policy from SBI Life insurance Retire Smart plan. The policy is for 10 years with a premium payment for 5 years. I have taken the policy in February 2020 and with this month 5 yearsare completed. Now, I want to come out of this. How can I come out with minimum loss.? Can I surrender or close?

Ans: Hello;

Even if you surrender now you can get 60% of your fund value, after deducting charges, and for the balance 40% you have buy an annuity from SBI Life.

This is as per terms and conditions mentioned in the brochure of this plan.

With 97.7 %tile, under OBC-NCL, female category, she may get admission in one of the NITs but not surely in Trichy. You may have to compromise the NIT and branch.

For the All India Quota (AIQ) in NEET, only the central OBC-NCL list is considered. If your OBC-NCL certificate is from your state but your caste is not in the central OBC list, then it will not be valid for AIQ reservations. If your caste is in both the state and central OBC lists, apply for a central OBC-NCL certificate to use it for AIQ in NEET.
