Can Diabetics Eat Veg Noodles or Manchurian in moderation? how is Full Wheat Noodles??

Ans: For diabetic patients, it is essential to monitor and manage sugar intake carefully. Opt for whole grain or low-carb noodles, such as zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles, which have a lower glycemic index and won't cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. Choose a healthier version of manchurian by using less oil and avoiding sugary sauces. Whole wheat noodles are a better option compared to refined noodles. They have a lower glycemic index and are higher in fiber, which helps regulate blood sugar levels. However, consume them in moderation.
