My daughter 10 (with ADHD) tends to sweat a lot on the palms and feet. We have asked doctors before but they do not seem concerned. However, I would like to find a solution to this. Are you able to recommend what can be the cause and next steps please.

Ans: It is usually hereditary. If it occurs due to stress especially. One can use talc to reduce it

My daughter is 4 years old, she sweats a lot more than normal during summers. Infact, she sweats a lot more than a normal adult. Is this normal? What is the best remedy?

Ans: Excessive sweating could be a hereditary issue. Ask her pediatrician to check the heart for any abnormalities. A blood test to rule out hyperthyroidism and low calcium level may be advised. If all normal then application of talcum powder helps. Once older, other preparations are available to reduce it.

my uncle is 50 years old and he is having excessive sweating despite the normal weather conditions so i want to know about the reasons and remedy regarding it

Ans: Excessive sweating is a common problem. Usually runs in families. You must rule out any hormonal issues, like thyroid problems, diabetes,any heart condition and if all ok, the remedies are more local. Using special sprays and medicated towels.

HiSir madam, I have a 9 year old boy who always sweats a lot while doing any small work or playing something. What could be the reason for this? What can we do for him?

Ans: It could be hereditary. If it is mainly on scalp then it may help to give him calcium supplements. Consult your pediatrician who can check his BP, cardiac status and then prescribe.

Ans: Check out your sleep patterns. You need to have a good quality of sleep
As long as your feet and palms are warm nit much to worry
But if you have cold sweaty peripheries then your eating meal patter need to be relooked.

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.
