I (age 43) did a calcicum score scan 2 years back as part of preventive health check and found that score came back as 40. TMT was normal. Since then i have done life sytle changes - exercise and eating health food ( low carb, less sugar/fried food). My current stats as :: Total Cholestrol 233 ( HDL - 54, LDL - 164, TriG - 79) , BP - 109/74, HbA1c - 5.5 , Hscrp - 2.1mg, Lipo protein A - 35.3 ; Weight - 73kgs ( reduced from 87kgs - Hieght 5.7") . Please let me know if i need do anything more..
