I have been acute sciatica problem since last 5 months. I have pain in my calf muscle can I get relief from Yoga?

Ans: Hi Vikas, Many people find sciatica relief with yoga, as certain yoga stretches relieve the pressure felt on the nerve. These include Pigeon Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Cobra, Seated spinal twist, child pose, and also standing forward bend. Do note that individual experience tends to vary, so please listen to the body and don't force any stretches that don't feel comfortable. All the best!
