I am 47 years old with uncontrolled diabetes no control on diet no exercise lots of stress depression in work completely WFH no physical activity please help me to control my sugar stress weight

Ans: - Regular meal timings are very important
- Eat protein with every meal(milk, curd, paneer, egg, chicken, fish)
- Reduce refined carbs in the diet
- Avoid processed and packaged foods
- Avoid sugar, honey and jaggery in the diet
- Avoid fruit juices, coconut water, sugarcane juice
- Eat mindfully
- Use cold pressed oils, avoid refined oils
- exercise regularly- cardio + strengh training
- 15-20 min relaxed walk post meal

Ans: As per your height and weight measurements, you are overweight. Follow a dietary regimen that includes high protein, low carbohydrate and low fat. Include foods with high fiber and complex carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables, millets, lentils, etc. Adopt a fitness schedule which include cardio and weight training to lose body fat percentage and increase muscle mass. This will help lower your blood glucose levels, improve Insulin resistance and bring down your weight.

I AM TAKING PROPER MEDICENES AS ADVISED BY DOCTORS, PROPER DIET AND REST, YOGA, MEDITATION, EXERCISE AND WALKING. STILLL MY BLOOD SUGAR FASTING IS ABOVE 130 AND PP ABOVE 180. HBA1C IS 6.7. HEIGHT IS 150CM AND WEIGHT IS 60KG HOW DO I REDUCE MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS AND HBA1C ?

Ans: Blood sugar levels can be lowered gradually by lifestyle modifications. Ensure your diet consists of more complex carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, etc., low fat foods, good protein sources like low fat dairy products, eggs, lean meat, pulses and legumes, etc. Avoid sweets, bakery products, chocolates, savories, carbonated beverages, alcohol, etc. These will spike your blood sugar levels. Focus on portion control and follow a regular exercise regimen.

Ans: Hello. Diet, exercise, good sleep and some medications.
Diet: low carb as much as possible. Avoid any packaged or processed foods/ artificial foods.
Exercise: 45 kin to 1 hour daily moderate exercise, 2 days a week strength training
Sleep: 6-8 hours daily.
Stress relief: yoga, meditation, hobby
Medications: As prescribed by your doctor with regular checkup at least once in 3 months.
