Hi mam , i am 22 year old girl with asthma not severe but when my back got tensed i am not able to breath properly. I started doing yoga regularly from past 2 months, before also i used to do but was not consistent but now i am . Whenever i meditate or sit in sukh asana for more than 5 minutes my back muscles get tensed and i am not able to maintain the posture

Ans: Practise Yoga from what you are capable now. With regular practise you will be able to do Sukhasana. Until then sit with back support.
Preludes in yoga which is called Yama-the attitude towards self. One of Tha Yamas is Ahimsa - Non violence to yourself. So please do not violate your body capacity. You will be able to breathe well into Sukhasana one day
