I work in PSU. NIT CSE guy..But don't have Interest in Coding. My PSU job location and Work Quality is not good. Being the only CSE guy in my company they expect me to create all the softwares but I can't do it. It's a Telugu area with No hindi speakers. Sometimes I feel frustrated and want to quit. What Should I do?

i m a BE mech enggr,, working in CAD service industry, i m not happy working here as there is no work at all. tell me what should i do?

Ans: Start looking for new openings. Dedicate part or full time hours to a structured job pursuit. Set a schedule everyday for networking with peers, finding leads and openings, preparing customised resumes and cover letters and finally sending them across to prospective employers. This will give you better results and enable you to find a new job faster.

Ans: Your decision is very good. DECISION DECIDES DESTINY. Please go for some certification course of AI & Machine Learning and before that at least for three months practise coding by seeing YOU TUBE videos before joining the certificate course. Secondly see that the certificate course must be in collaboration with some reputed IIT. Complete the certificate course, they also place the good candidates in different companies. All the best. Ans: They are not IITs, IIITs or NITs. All are private and the main criteria for the admission is money. I don't see any difference between them. You can choose any one of them.

sir in this year 2025 i have to give my board exam but due to some issue i did not appear but my board result on website shows with absent in front of all subject and i have to prepare for jee adv for 2027 and on jee adv site shows that you have only two attemp with class 12 so is there any issue with that result or still i have two attempts

Ans: You pass Class 12 in 2026 → JEE Adv 2026 and 2027 allowed.
