My son is US citizen and he has passed 10 th this year.After 12 th I want to send him to US for further studies.will he be termed as international student or resident citizen.

As an answer to your query, I would like to tell you that since your son is a US citizen, he would be considered a resident citizen when applying for higher education in the US, even if he has been residing outside the country. As a US citizen, he would not be considered an international student for admissions purposes. Nevertheless, based on the specific educational institution and program he applies to, he may still be required to fulfill certain residency requirements. To understand any residency requirements or documentation needed for his application, I would recommend that your son gets in touch with the admissions office of the colleges or universities he's interested in.

My son is a US citizen , but he is doing his schooling from India. Will he be eligible for scholarships while applying for admission to US UG programs ? What are the exams and scores he has to have for admission (SAT , Others ?)

With a US passport, the English proficiency requirement may be eliminated, nevertheless, various universities may demand it, and thus, he should appear for the IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo as well. The SAT test is required for the program. Not all institutions require it, however it is required if you want to be considered for scholarships. Sir my daughter has got admission in ECE at PES EC Campus. She has 3900 rank in COMEDK in which CS at BMSCE may be get. Please suggest me which is better option as the last date of seat surrender in PES is 5th July and ComedK counseling has not yest started. Please guide me Panini

Ans: Priya Madam, Prefer BMS-CSE through COMEDK. But I think for 3900 Rank, getting CSE (Core) with BMS will be difficult as the Closing Rank for the same ended at 1800 something. Only if interested, fill the choices in COMEDK (including CSE-Core) & Also, AI-ML | AI-DS | CSE (DS) | CSE (IOT-Cyer-BlockChain). Or go for PES-EC. All the BEST for your Daughter's Bright Future.

Ans: Dietary discipline and Regular Physical activity are the area you need to focus
In diet
Avoid Refined carbohydrates like white flour/Maida, sugar and polished rice
Include complex carbohydrates like Millers, Whole wheat(Emmer Wheat), Parboiled rice etc.
Have regular three meals Breakfast by 8am,lunch by 1 pm and Dinner by 6.30 pm. With two snack one at mid day and one at mid evening

I was patient of ocd, anxiety and deepression since 2005 my doctor advice me diffrent antidepressant and benzodizamine since 2016 he add nuchenz multivitamin for 2 month now i am not using antidepressant and benzodizamine my mental health is good but i still take daily nuhenz multivitamin since 8 year because i found it increases energy level also good for deepression and anxiety is it good to take such along time multivitamin nuhenz i have regular stomach problem and excessive sweting please suggest me i am not consulting doctor right now is it safe to take nuhenz multivitamin such long time
