Madam, I want to switch the career in software HOW My age is 44 years I have exp. in it of 2 yrs

Ans: Everything is possible. But you need to know the demand of the market. So go for a certification course of AI and Machine Learning. It will be a 6 months course and before going for that for two months view different videos about the subject in YOU TUBE and prepare notes. Your age is in higher side, but it is just a number. Be self-motivated. No one will motivate you, but I am always there to listen to you.

Am assuming in your long banking career you have had exposure to computers at the very least or have had an opportunity to manage some software projects. You may consider yourself not direct programming jobs but for project management role. Talk to key people your organisation an discuss what opportunities you can explore within.

Hi Sir, I'm 43+, My Monthly take home is around 3.40 Lacs, Currently i have invested in Shares (Current Portfolio is around 1.40 Crs). EMI is around 1.2 lacs P/m (Home loan 1 - 50K per month till 2037, 30K car loan till 2027 (Planning to close this year by paying 13 lacs, please suggest if this option of preclosure is good or EMI is good, will be paying this amount by selling some shares), 30k per month of home 2 till 2040., Last year i have started investing in SIP 1 lacs P/M, and balance 1.20 lacs goes in house, kids education expense. Have EPF balance of 40 lacs as on date. As mentioned above recently i have started investing in SIP (From Oct 2023 onwards), which is at the tune of 1 lacs per month. SIP are Franklin India Prima Fund regular Plan - Growth - 25K, ICICI Prudential Small cap fund retail plan G - 25K, Kotak Multicap fund regular plan growth - 15K, DSP Blackrock mid cap fund regular plan growth - 10 K, and Parag Parikh Flexi Cap fund - Regular plan growth - 25 K. Will increase the SIP investment by 10% every year going forward. Sir, My question is with current SIP and shares investment will i be able to generate 10~12 Cr corpus fund by retirement (Assuming that i will be in Job and working for next 15 years). Current Share portfolio is for long term investment only (assuming i get 12~15% of return every year). Please note : will be spending around 60~70 Lacs for my Son education in engineering from 2027 to 2031, 50% will be spend from savings and balance 50% from education loan. Current value of house 1 - 1.35 Cr (EMI is 50K), House 2 Current Value is 82 Lacs (EMI is 30K).

Kudos for holding judicious blend of assets in equity(stocks and MFs), real estate, EPF.

Your thought process is absolutely spot on. You should prepay the car loan through shares corpus and close the EMI.

If you maintain monthly sip of 1 L with yearly top-up of 10% for 15 years then you may accumulate a corpus of around 8.68 Cr.

Stock holding of 1.27 Cr(13 L considered to be deducted for car loan prepayment) is expected to grow into a sum of 5.31 Cr in 15 years.

EPF balance of 40 L will grow into a corpus of 1.27 Cr over 15 years. Fresh contributions, if any, will be bonus.

So cumulatively your total corpus at the end of 15 years from now will be 8.68+5.31+1.27=15.26 Cr.

Due to your sound financial planning you may not need education loan for son's education.

Modest return of 12%, 10% and 8% are considered from mutual funds, direct stocks and EPF respectively.

For toddlers and young children, it's essential to choose a toothpaste that is safe and effective for their developing teeth and gums. Here are some recommendations:

1. *Fluoride-free toothpaste* (0-2 years): For infants and toddlers, a fluoride-free toothpaste is recommended. Look for a toothpaste specifically designed for this age group, like "Baby Toothpaste" or "Training Toothpaste". Please note that Fluoride, although extremely beneficial when used locally can lead to fluorosis if accidentally ingested. This is the reason toddlers need to use fluoride-free toothpastes.

2. *Children's toothpaste with low fluoride* (2-6 years): For young children, a toothpaste with a low fluoride concentration (around 500-600 ppm) is suitable. This helps prevent fluorosis (white spots on teeth) while still providing cavity protection.

Hello everyone, I have done my graduation this year in B.SC BOTANY ...from previous 3 yrs. I have been giving NEET UG exam but couldn't crack it (this yr. I have scored 560 marks with 2lac rank)... currently I have mood swings and not able to focus in study. Sometime I am very agressive and thought of giving up and sometime I am very motivated...what are other career option I may opt and later earn a descent amount (1 lac-1.5lac). Also I am 22 yr old ..if I crack neet in 2025 ...should it be worth it studying mbbs for next 5 yr (approx.)...means ...is it too late

You have cracked the NEET my friend, but you could not get a seat due to the higher cutoff of govt college. Today MBBS has become a basic qualification, you have to go for specialisation as well. That will be another 3-4 years. Think of this as well and then decide.

You can opt for B.Sc. courses in various subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, etc.

Research
You can opt for research-oriented courses like M.Sc., Ph.D., etc. in your desired field of study.

Agricultural Science
You can opt for courses in agriculture like B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech. Agriculture, etc.

Environmental Science
You can opt for courses in environmental science like B.Sc. Environmental Science, M.Sc. Environmental Science, etc.

Forensic Science

Dear Sir, Please guide that if I deposit some additional funds (over and above my monthly deduction & deposition by Company in NPS as employee contribution) in Tier-1 in my NPS, then whether on maturity of NPS, the 60 % payout to employee (here-in myself) will have any Income Tax implications on the maturity value of this additional funds deposited OR whether there will be Nil Income Tax implications on same. Please guide.

Ans: When your National Pension System (NPS) Tier-1 account matures, the 60% lump-sum withdrawal you receive is currently exempt from income tax under Section 10(12A) of the Income Tax Act, irrespective of any additional voluntary contributions you make. Therefore, both your regular and additional voluntary deposits in NPS Tier-1 enjoy the same tax benefits upon maturity, with no tax implications on the 60% lump-sum payout. However, the remaining 40% directed towards annuity purchase is subject to tax as per your income tax slab when you receive the annuity payments.

Ans: Dear, the main problem is the discontinuation in your career and IT is an ever-changing field. It is not like Civil or Mechanical. Now it is an era of AI and Machine Learning. So I would suggest you to go for a good certification course of Data Science along with AI and Machine Learning from some good institute which is having collaboration with some reputed IIT. I am sure if your knowledge is upto the mark and matches with the need of the present day then certainly you will get a job. If you are not familiar with coding then please practise coding by seeing the videos in YOU TUBE for two months before joining the certificate course. Please follow me. Best of luck. Ans: After B.Tech Biotechnology never go for MBBS. It will be a huge wastage of time and only with MBBS without specialization truly you can't earn much in present day. For doing Masters from Foreign country I would suggest only USA. The procedure is very simple. You need to have four things i) An excellent GRE Score ii) A good TOEFL Score 111) Three good recommendations from your professors iv) A good SOP (Statement of Purpose). Confused about future what to do after msc biotechnology so I can earn decant amount?

Ans: You can go for teaching, but for teaching if you go for Ph.D it will be better. If the financial condition permits you can go for Ph.D from USA. You need to have four things i) An excellent GRE Score ii) A good TOEFL Score 111) Three good recommendations from your professors iv) A good SOP (Statement of Purpose). Ph.D comes with full funding, still you need to have 30-40 lakhs rupees cash ready for the initial expenses and first two semesters, if you don't get funding from day one. But generally Ph.D students get funding from starting. But if you go for MS then points number 1 to 4 will be same, but the cash support required will be 80 lakhs to 1 crore. Because in MS now a days financial supports are generally not received. If you can't afford study from USA then in India you can do MBA from a good B- School and join some corporate. But if you don't want to change the core sector then go for Ph.D in India, but Ph.D is a journey of 4 to 6 years. Once Ph.D is done college teaching will be a good opportunity for you.
