Hi I scored average in maths exam in my 12th std and now I am at college but whenever I try to practice math I am getting afraid and not able to practice, how to overcome this problem I need a solution

Ans: First think get rid of Phobia. You need to strengthen your base. I recommend you the Engineering Mathematics book of B.S.Grewal. It will help you. You need a book where there are many problems along with solutions. For your case conventional text books written by Foreign authors won't serve the purpose. You need an MADE EASY type of book. I have fear of teachers that is why I ruin my exams and interview. How should I remove my fear of teachers. I have done my schooling from Seth anandram jaipuria school, kanpur.

Ans: Akansha, It is called 'teacher-phobia'.

You have NOT mentioned you are now in which standard/studying what/completed your studies, as you have mentioned about your failure in 'Interviews' also? According to you, what might be the reasons for your fear from teachers?

One of the reasons might be the 'Authoritarian Parenting Style' being followed by your parents since your birth or the atmosphere at your home. Or you might be an introvert.

There is nothing to fear from teachers. Involve in some 'Mind/Body Relaxation Activities' such as Yoga & Meditation.

Practice speaking fearlessly and confidently in front of your mobile camera and record it. Do this whenever possible. Watch your recorded videos and try to improve. If possible, join a Personality Development Course or approach a Psychological Counsellor who will help you to overcome your fear.

Ans: I understood. You feel stagnant. Am I right? Do you have an MBA in Marketing? If not then immediately go for an online MBA ( Marketing) so that you can boost your career. Hi, My son joined Mechanical engineering this year, he interested to join in core company, kindly advice how to start a career related to any intership, short term courses and how to develop his skills. Thankyou Prasanna

Ans: He can go for online certification courses. Secondly he should learn the particular softwares related to Mechanical Engineering. In prefinal year through the training and placement cell of the college he can apply for Internship. But the best internship for core Mechanical Engineering is to have hands on experience in some 2 -wheeler/Auto Rickshaw/4-wheeler servicing centre. That can be the best internship. My applications often get rejected for being overqualified in my own industry. I have tried applying to other industries, but they do not consider my candidature. Do you have any suggestions for courses or certifications that could help me transition to another sector? I believe I still have 10 more productive years to work.

Ans: Yes, Why not. Just go for a certification course in AI and Machine Learning from a reputed institute which is having collaboration with an established IIT like Bombay/Roorkee.
