I am s abishek(jee mains 97 percentile 46k rank).what to choose iiit dm kancheepuram smart manufacturing (josaa round 5) or cse/ece In lower iiits in csab rounds (ece in sricity,cs ai in kurnool,ece in Kottayam) or bs-ms in iiser trivandrum.which is best?

Ans: Abishek, prefer IISER only if you are interested in RESEARCH. Lock IIIT-Smart Manufacturing Seat to go for it IF you do not get a suitable choice in the CSAB round also for Sricity, Kurnool, or Kottayam. All the BEST for Your Bright Future.

Ok sir thank you.i wait until csab rounds.just a doubt iiit sricity ece or iiit kancheepuram smart manufacturing or iiit Trichy ece or iiit kurnool cs ai .which will be a perfect preference order for csab round.

Sir, how will I get dividend if I invest in Nippon India ETF Nifty 50 Bees and Nippon India ETF Midcap 150 bees...?

Ans: Your question has an inherent contradiction

The reason why I say this is because if you are investing in equity asset class then your goal is long term capital appreciation. Choose Growth option.

If you are investing in a debt asset class then you can expect fixed income returns with No scope for capital appreciation.

Don't try to club both because if you do so neither you will get meaningful dividend (fixed income) nor decent capital appreciation.

Real Estate is the only asset class(ofcourse direct stocks too) capable of providing both fixed income as well as capital appreciation but it has its own set of pro's & con's.

Mr Nayagam, my son is in class 9. He wants to study business management. There is BBA, BBM and BMS. Can you please explain the difference between these courses? Which one is better in terms of learning and career opportunities? Or should he study BCom and then do MBA. Please suggest. We are based out of Chennai.

Ans: You can pursue either BBM or BCom, preferably in Hons. Secondly, it is highly advisable to target NIRF-Ranked top colleges with good placement records for his UG through entrance exams like CUET (for Top Central/State Universities) and also of Private Colleges such as Christ, Amity, LPU, UPES, Graphic Era, Anna University, Kalinga, Birla, Saveetha, Thiagarajar, PSG etc.

Your son should start preparing for Entrance Exams from 9th end itself to get admission into any one of the top colleges and also he should be very strong in Maths. Shortlist around 10-15 colleges (NIRF Ranked with good reputation & placement records) and make him appear for minimum 5-7 entrance exams to have options to choose most suitable one for him (instead of relying on 1-2 entrance exams only). Again for MBA, he should prepare well for getting admission into IIM etc. All the BEST for Your Son's Bright Future.

Hello Sir, I wanted to know if the investor gets any benefit of opening an NPS account directly online? If I open my NPS account through an agent, do I stand to loose anything? It yes, what do I stand to loose? If not, then why people opt for online option? Thanks.

Ans: Yes, you save on subscriber registration charges(1 time) and contribution charges (recurring) if you open NPS account directly through CRA(NSDL or Karvy). But you might need advice/help on asset allocation and selection of pension fund manager from an Advisor.
