Ans: Hello Shweta, Good to learn about Civil Engineering teaching expereince. I am sure you had a good reason to be on a long sabbatical. As a Civil Engineering graduate it may be a lot easier for you to pick knowledge of software used in Civil Engineering professsion, espcially the ones that are currently being taught in the Civil Enggg courses. Within the vast field of Civil Engineering look for niche areas where you could excel far more easily than doing simple programming.

Hello sir/mam My age is 24 years I have completed my Bsc(MECS) In the year of 2021 Later i completed my MBA in marketing in september (2023) While working as a manager in Fitness industry Taking on responsibilities of sales & operations, During the same time period ,as a means to support myself and family financially to an extent Reason for doing mba instead of mca , i was not sure ,if i would go work in IT ,so, i did my mba with plans of doing course from outside, if i ended up switching Currently i have completed 2.6 years in my current role, I feel like ,i am stuck,burnt out, I am planning for a switch in my career But ,i am confused between IT, & Non IT My friends are suggesting me to do DEVops, which requires me to learn coding language Some are saying to go for Businesses Analysts, as you are a very good communicator, and it requires very less coding I am confused on what should i do Should i switch to IT, If i do ,what are the challenges,that i need to overcome, Are there any other roles which i can try for ,based on my qualifications I am currently earning a salary of 25k per month plus incentives which varies on monthly basis

Ans: There are many options available. You will have to match your interest with what the job market requires. In IT field itself there are many options like Data Science, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc. Can go to other relevant fields like Digital Marketing, for which you will have to upskill yourself. Can do so along with your current job.
Developer role may not have a long term prospect with the advent of AI as a lot of developers are losing their jobs.

Since you are qualified as Investment Banking , I won't suggest you to change your career track in the sector which is from any angle not suitable for you. Had you been a fresher , I could have advised you to take a chance.

Ans: Top colleges
IIM Calcutta, IIFT Kolkata, IISWBM, IMI Kolkata
Among these IISWBM could have a lower fees as compared to the other 3. But IIM and IIFT are much better colleges.

Ans: Can do job in any field including Finance, HR, Marketing, etc. There is no restriction in which field a b pharm student can choose in his MBA studies.

Ans: If you are doing CSE then you may have job opportunities abroad. Also you may have to interact a lot with foreign clients. In that case not being conversant with english could create problem

Meri daughter Jaipuria institute of management se finance aur it mein MBA padh rahi hai vahan ka placement kaisa hai.

Ans: They do have some placements but it is not 100%. The average package out there would be Rs. 7 to 9 lpa. There may not be great finance placements and the finance jobs out there would be more marketing oriented.

Ans: Look at your interest and accordingly decide. The skill sets required for each of the courses is quite different. All three have decent opportunity of placements and would depend on the college you get in. If you are not sure about the field, then would recommend you to do MBA and decide on your specialization in the 2nd year where there are options of IT / Systems in some of the colleges.

Ans: Scholarships are available from various sources. but there may not be too many available to study in East Asian countries. Check consultancy companies that focus on East Asia. In some cases you can visit the consulate to get information about scholarships in those countries. Can also visit college websites, online scholarship databases, official study abroad pages.

Ans: Which engineering discipline is more preferred is a personal choice. However, here are the prospects for each. Semiconductor engineering is likely to see explosive growth in niche, high-tech manufacturing roles.

CCE will expand with the digital transformation and infrastructure improvements related to 5G and communication systems.

ECE remains a safe and versatile choice, with its broad applicability across industries such as telecom, electronics, automotive, and defence.

Hii sir ! This is ritika and I love a boy and we are in relationship since 7 years but there are some behavior of him he always have doubt on me that I am dating another boy he always says that start you screenshare in WhatsApp I even do because I don't want to lose him and he saw all of things of my phone yesterday he again asking for that and I do and there was a tab of instagram which was belongs to my roommate it was her I'd open in my chrome browser where she only wants to delete the I'd which she did from my phone these instagram thing happened approx one year ago but when he saw this I told him that was not mine but he continuously said I am cheater I cheated with him again he was like I know you have two mobile phones and you cheated with me. I love him soo much but he cannot try to accept that . Even I don't talk to my male classmate because he didn't want ki main kisi boy se baat karu Is it fair , am I cheater ? I love him unconditionally I support him in all his career or decision but again he was like I cheated with him we are in long distance relationship but I can't cheat him . Literally I am feeling depressed ????

Please understand that you did nothing wrong. Why would you even question yourself? You know you never cheated. It's his issue that he cannot trust. Yes, in a relationship we all try to comfort our partners but that too should be to a certain extent. And, in that process, if your mental health is being compromised, I don't see how it's a healthy relationship.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but I would reassure you that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. You don't need to prove yourself anymore. And I can also assure you that no matter what you do, he will still manage to find some flaws and doubt you. It's a typical behavior we see in some partners. You deserve peace, love, and above all, to be trusted.
