Ans: Hello Shweta, Good to learn about Civil Engineering teaching expereince. I am sure you had a good reason to be on a long sabbatical. As a Civil Engineering graduate it may be a lot easier for you to pick knowledge of software used in Civil Engineering professsion, espcially the ones that are currently being taught in the Civil Enggg courses. Within the vast field of Civil Engineering look for niche areas where you could excel far more easily than doing simple programming.

Hello sir/mam My age is 24 years I have completed my Bsc(MECS) In the year of 2021 Later i completed my MBA in marketing in september (2023) While working as a manager in Fitness industry Taking on responsibilities of sales & operations, During the same time period ,as a means to support myself and family financially to an extent Reason for doing mba instead of mca , i was not sure ,if i would go work in IT ,so, i did my mba with plans of doing course from outside, if i ended up switching Currently i have completed 2.6 years in my current role, I feel like ,i am stuck,burnt out, I am planning for a switch in my career But ,i am confused between IT, & Non IT My friends are suggesting me to do DEVops, which requires me to learn coding language Some are saying to go for Businesses Analysts, as you are a very good communicator, and it requires very less coding I am confused on what should i do Should i switch to IT, If i do ,what are the challenges,that i need to overcome, Are there any other roles which i can try for ,based on my qualifications I am currently earning a salary of 25k per month plus incentives which varies on monthly basis

Ans: There are many options available. You will have to match your interest with what the job market requires. In IT field itself there are many options like Data Science, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc. Can go to other relevant fields like Digital Marketing, for which you will have to upskill yourself. Can do so along with your current job.
Developer role may not have a long term prospect with the advent of AI as a lot of developers are losing their jobs.

Since you are qualified as Investment Banking , I won't suggest you to change your career track in the sector which is from any angle not suitable for you. Dear Sir, I did my BTech from a normal engineering college not very famous. The teaching was not great and hence i did not study well. I tried my best to learn coding including all the technologies like html,css,javascript,react js,dba,php because i wanted to be a web developer But nothing seem to enter my head except html and css. I don't understand a language which has more complexities. Is it because of my lack of experience or not devoting enough time. I am not sure. I did many courses online and tried to do diplomas also abroad which i passed somehow. I recently joined android development course because i like apps but the teaching was so fast that i could not memorize anything. There was no time to even take notes down. During the course i did assignments and understood the code because i have to pass but after the course is over i tend to forget everything. I attempted a lot of interviews. Some of them i even got but could not perform well so they let me go. Now due to the AI booming and job markets in a bad shape i am re-thinking whether to keep studying or whether its just time waste. Since 3 years i am doing labour type of jobs which does not yield anything to me for survival and to pay my expenses. I have the quest to learn everything but as soon as i sit in front of the computer i listen to music or read something else. What should i do to stay more focused? What should i do to make myself believe confident. Is there still scope of IT in todays world? Kindly advise.

I am 61. I have a partial removable denture(upper). I also have bridges in both upper and lower. I was suggested to go for implants. Will it be okay to go for implants at a later part of the life. Is it safe both health and moneywise ? Will it be cheaper if we go for full implant with 4 in one ; if so it may need to wait for few more year let other teeth will also fall.. Please guide and advise on implants

Please be assured, AGE isn't a barrier for implants. But overall health is a factor. Your dentist will assess your bone density, gum health, and general medical history before he places your implants.

Implants have some definite advantages over removable dentures. They provide a stable and secure fit, improved chewing and speech.
And with proper care may last for 10-15 years or more.
On the negative side, upfront cost of implants can be higher, surgery cannot be avoided and healing can take 3-6 months.

Cost-wise, Implants can be more cost-effective in the long run.
"All-on-4" implants might be cheaper than individual implants, but waiting might lead to deterioration of bone health, making the process more complex.

Consult your dentist about:
- Your specific oral health situation
- Bone density scan (to check if you have enough bone for implants)
- Cost estimates and financing options
- Timeline for the procedure.

My 12 year old son has 2 parallel lines of teeth. One front and the other behind. So far in the behind only 2 teeths are there one in each side. Will this cause any serious issues for him? He has speech problem. Could this be the reason? Does he need to take any immediate corrective procedure?

This situation of "2 parallel lines of teeth" arises when permanent teeth erupt BEFORE the deciduous teeth (or milk teeth) have been shed. This indicates a mis-alignment of the permanent teeth. The shedding of milk teeth is dependent on the permanent teeth exerting pressure on them as they grow.
This mis-alignment, indeed, could be the cause of his speech problem.
My advice to you is to consult a competent pediatric dentist or an orthodontist (a dentist who realigns crooked teeth) soon so that corrective measures can be taken.

I went to dentist i got broken teeth cemented . dentist advised me not to chew anything with cemented teeth it's a life time instruction. It is very discomfort to me .Is there any treatment such that I can chew even with repaired tooth

Sorry to hear about your fall and the resultant damage to your teeth.
Honestly, it's best to follow your dentist's advice, but I understand your problem. Eating can be a challenge.
Please ask your dentist about sturdier alternatives like dental crowns or bridges. These can provide extra protection and might let you chew more comfortably.

In the meantime, stick to soft foods which do not put pressure on your compromised teeth, or soups. You can also try cutting your food into smaller pieces to reduce pressure on the tooth.

My married ex still texts me for comfort. Because of him, I am unable to move on. He makes me feel guilty by saying he got married out of family pressure. His dad is a cardiac patient and mom is being treated for cancer. He comforts me by saying he will get separated soon and we will get married because he only loves me. We have been in a relationship for 14 years and despite everything we tried, his parents refused to accept me, so he chose to get married to someone who understands our situation. I don't know when he will separate from his wife. She knows about us too but she comes from a traditional family. She also confirmed there is no physical intimacy between them. I trust him, but is it worth losing my youth for him? Honestly, I am worried and very confused.

I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Hi Anu, My husband doesn't do house chores. We both work full-time, but I still end up cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. When I ask for help, my partner will say, ‘Just tell me what to do,’ but then he conveniently forgets. Maybe he doesn't like it or he is genuinely forgetful. I have tried many ways to make him explain. Once I only did my share of laundry to make him realise but he simply ignored. Every week this pattern repeats. Is this normal? How can married couples divide responsibilities fairly to avoid fights?

Every home has a different routine and share of responsibilities. So, there's no standard norm to challenge it as normal or not!
So, if you want your husband to pitch in, then say it in clear terms, especially since he has told you to tell him what to do.
Once you have told him, do make sure to ask him: Will you find it convenient to do it now or later? If later, when?
This will ensure that he makes a statement of commitment, so there's no question of forgetting it, right? Play it smart...it's better than feeling bad about the situation or mulling over why something does not work.
