Sir I have mechanical in MIT Manipal campus and mechanical with AI as minor in VIT vellore campus and also awaiting my results for NMIMS CET. What do you think I should do ?

Ans: Between MIT Manipal and VIT Vellore, both are well-known private engineering colleges, but here are a few things to consider:
1. Mechanical at MIT Manipal – Manipal has a strong reputation, especially for its mechanical engineering program. It has a good alumni network, infrastructure, and campus environment. If you’re clear about sticking to core mechanical, this is a solid option.
Mechanical with AI Minor at VIT Vellore – This gives you some flexibility. Even though you don’t enjoy coding much, the AI minor may help you pick up basic tech skills which could be useful later in your career, as even mechanical industries are slowly moving towards automation and data-driven approaches.
If you’re clearer and more comfortable with core mechanical work, MIT Manipal would be the safer and stronger option.
As for NMIMS CET, wait for the results, but usually for core engineering like mechanical, MIT Manipal would still rank above NMIMS in terms of reputation and opportunities.
